Instructions
Emulsified In a Holster four tablespoons of oil with the lemon juice passed to the colander and the chopped parsley.
Soak the threads and, after ten minutes, cook them in a frying pan with a little oil.
When cooked spread on the surface of each three inches of anchovy paste and, using a spatula, spalmatela well on the surface of fish fillets.
Serve warm well.

- 4 veal fillets from 150 g each
- Anchovy paste
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Olive oil
