Fried zucchini flowers
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the flour with two tablespoons of olive oil, white wine, egg yolk, salt and pepper.
Add enough warm water how much it takes to get a homogeneous batter and not too dense.
Put to rest for an hour.
Meanwhile clean the flowers, remove the pistil and the stems.
Whip the egg whites until foamy and embed with delicacy to the batter.
Soak the flowers in batter, drain them and FRY in a large pan with hot oil.
Using perforated scoop withdrawn fried flowers, dry them on paper towels, and serve immediately.

- 12 zucchini flowers
- 100 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
