Focaccia with anchovies
Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk and then lightly knead several with the flour, salt and 1 cup of oil.
When the dough is soft, cover it and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in volume.
Grease a baking dish and spread the dough leaving 1 cm high.
With your finger to make not too deep dimples and place the rolled anchovies.
Drizzle with the remaining oil and let rise another 20 minutes.
Bake in hot oven for about 30 minutes.

- 500 g of flour
- 2 cups of olive oil
- 12 anchovies de-boned and water
- 15 g of brewer's yeast
- Milk
- Salt
