Frittata with bread
Instructions
Remove the crust from the bread, pick up the crumbs in a bowl and cover with milk.
In a Holster beat the eggs, add the squeezed crumb, grated cheese, some chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Stir gently until the bread is softened.
In a pan heat two tablespoons of olive oil and a knob of butter, pour in the mixture and Brown on both sides.
A simple but delicate flavor.

- 6 eggs
- 2 slices of stale bread
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
- Milk
- 1 walnut butter
- Parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
