Instructions

Go bananas through a sieve and mix coconut flour.

Prepare a dough soft but not too with flour, a pinch of salt, margarine and yoghurt.

Roll out thin and cut it to 7 cm in diameter.

Fill each disc with the coconut and banana mixture and then fold it forming half-moons.

Adhere the edges and brush with beaten egg.

Fry the fritters in hot oil and remove them when they are well browned.
