Boil the milk and pour the semolina rain continuing to turn with a spatula.
Add sugar, butter, salt and grated lemon peel.
Withdrawn from the heat and stir the egg yolk.
Pour the mixture on a floured surface levelling the height of 1 cm.
Let cool; losanghette-cut, put them in flour and FRY in hot olive oil.
Dry on paper towels and dust with icing sugar.
