Oriental mushrooms
Instructions
Wash the pepper, dry toast it and delete the skin; cut it into small pieces.
Clean, clean the mushrooms and dip them in salted water with little lemon; dry, slice and merge to pepper.
Crush Mint and garlic; Add cream, oil, juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper.
Work the sauce with a whisk until it is soft, pour over the mushrooms and serve.
