Artichoke pizza (2)
Instructions
Boil 20 cl of water with 2 tablespoons oil, garlic, parsley and half salt and cook the artichokes for 10 minutes.
Drain and cut them into slices.
Roll out the dough into a greased baking, cover with grated emmenthal cheese 100 g and join the artichokes.
Cover with the remaining grated cheese and olive oil and bake at 230° c for 20 minutes.

- 500 g of pizza dough (see recipe)
- 3 artichokes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 150 g of emmenthal cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
