Chickpea salad and mussels
Instructions
Boil the chickpeas soaked the night before in salted water.
Open the mussels previously clean on high flame and remove the shells.
Chop the onions and parsley and add the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
Season with this sauce the chickpeas and the mussels and garnish with olives.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of chickpeas
- 100 g of black olives
- 2 onions
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1000 g of mussels
