Stuffed lettuce
Instructions
Clean and wash the lettuce, depriving it of the inside and outer leaves attached to the head.
Sbollentatela in salt water (which you'll have to keep) for 5 minutes.
Cleaned and chopped carrot, celery, onion, stewed in lettuce and everything with a few drops of oil.

Wet with wine and cook to moderate flame for 15 minutes.

Add the vegetables, ricotta, marjoram and parsley.
Season with salt.
Stuffed lettuce heads, put them in a baking dish with 1/2 cup of the cooking broth.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve warm with olive oil.

- 1 chicken fegatino
- 50 g of ricotta
- Marjoram
- Parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 carrot
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
