Pork loin with apples
Instructions
Prepare the lonza practicing two deep cuts to its full length: farcitene one with prunes, with the cloves peeled two apples.
Bind them with kitchen twine, sprinkle with salt and pepper and Brown in a fried onion and olive oil.
When the meat has browned, add wine, then evaporate to fire and then add the broth.
Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour and a half.
While it bakes, prepare the applesauce: Peel and cut the 4 apples left, Cook in a little water until you can mash them with a fork.
Add the lemon zest, add salt and stir.
Serve the meat sliced thick accompanied with pretty Apple sauce.

- 10 pitted prunes
- 6 green apples

- 2 cups of dry white wine
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
