Chef's soup
Instructions
Peel and cut all vegetables into small pieces.
Put them in a pot with the broth and bring to a boil.
Calculate 40 minutes from the moment of boiling, adjust salt and pepper and pour in the rice.
Bring the rice for doneness.
Serve the soup with grated Parmesan.

- 300 g of frozen peas
- 300 g of cauliflower
- 1 onion
- 200 g of rice
- 150 cl of broth
