Penne with asparagus
Instructions
Clean the asparagus, steamed and boil them chop.
Sauté in an earthenware dish with the butter, a few tablespoons of olive oil, a little salt and pepper.
Add 20 cl of cream and boil for a few minutes.
Add drained pasta with the sauce with asparagus, parmesan and pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta penne
- 500 g of asparagus
- 20 g of butter
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 20 cl of cream
- A few tablespoons of olive oil
- Little of pepper
- Little of salt
