Penne with artichokes and mortadella
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut them into wedges and put them in water acidulated with lemon juice.
To heat, in 1 Pan, 30 g butter with the oil and garlic peeled, then add the artichokes and let them flavor.
Then add the chopped mortadella and cook 5 minutes, sprinkling with 1/2 glass of wine.
Add salt, pepper and Cook 20 minutes, combining hot broth.
Mix it all up, put on the fire, add the remaining butter and mix.
Drizzle the noodles cooked al dente with the prepared sauce.

- 500 g of type pasta penne
- 4 artichokes
- 100 g of mortadella

- 50 g of butter

- 1/2 cup of white wine
