Penne with sausage
Instructions
Chop onion and garlic and let them wither in oil and butter.
Deglaze with the wine and let it evaporate.
Peel the sausage, chop coarsely and combine the chopped garlic and onion, crumble the nut, moisten with a little water and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Boil the penne in salted water, drain and coat with the sauce for frankfurters.

- 3 big sausage
- 1 onion

- White wine
