Instructions

In a pan heat the oil and Brown the garlic cloves with the chopped chilli.

Remove the garlic just took color, add the tomatoes, well drained and sliced, salted.

Cook for a quarter of an hour.

Boil pasta al dente, drain, move into the Pan and add sauce to high heat.

Passed on warm serving dish and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.

Serve.

Accompanying wines: Trebbiano Di Romagna DOC Frascati DOC, "dry" Nuragus Di Cagliari DOC.
