Swordfish fillet to calabrese
Instructions
Cut the swordfish into 8 slices, then place it in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Make a dough with breadcrumbs, parsley, parmesan, oregano, capers, chopped olives, salt, pepper and a little oil (to taste).
Cover the fish with this dough, putting on some hazelnut butter.
Place in the oven and cook for about 10 minutes, until it takes color.
then it is ready to be served.

- 800 g of swordfish
- 100 g of butter
- 200 g of breadcrumbs
- 50 g of parsley
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Oregano
- Chopped capers
- Chopped green olives
- Olive oil
