Pizza with clams
Instructions
Wrap the bread dough in a cloth and let it rest for about an hour.
In the meantime wash the clams under running water, put them in a pan with a little oil, with and let them open a lively fire.
When the clams are open, remove them from the shell, raccoglietele in a bowl with filtered water and keep them warm.
Grease with a little oil a roasting pan, spread the dough and stamped on the bottom with the tines of a fork.
Blanch the tomatoes, Peel and remove the seeds and water.
Arrange the dough, add salt and pepper, washed down with a little olive oil, place on top of the garlic cut into thin slices.
Bake in very hot oven and cook for ten minutes.
Peel and wash the parsley, remove the stems and finely tritatelo.
When the pizza is cooked remove from oven and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.

- 400 g of bread dough
- 1000 g of clams
- 350 g of ripe tomatoes
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
