Instructions
In a bowl, crumble the yeast, unbind with half a glass of warm milk.

Knead, adding a bit of warm water.
Knead until soft and elastic paste, formed into a ball, cover it with a cloth and let it rest and rise for at least two hours.
Turn on the oven.
Level It.
Grease with a little oil in a pan and posatevi over the pastry dough.
Cut into pieces all cheeses and deliver over the pizza.
Lightly salt and pepper.
When the oven has reached the temperature of 220 degrees Bake and cook for twenty minutes.
Served hot.
If I like you can also add a handful of capers.
In this case, do not add salt.
