Polenta incavolata
Instructions
Put to boil 300 g of beans and 1 Black Cabbage cut piccolino, 150 cl saltwater fish.
After an hour or so of cooking, add 300 g of flour from polenta, and cook stirring for 45 minutes.
Serve the polenta, that should be very soft, not quite but almost liquid, with olive oil and grated Parmesan.
