Instructions
Prepare the seasoning with 4 tablespoons oil, wine, crushed garlic cloves, chopped Bay leaves, salt and pepper.
Let us taste the chicken for a couple of hours.
Saute the onion in a pan with the remaining oil, add the chicken and let it take a high flame color.
Cook to moderate flame adding little by little the sauce used to flavor the meat.

- 1 chicken cut into pieces
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 white onion
- 4 leaves of laurel
- 1 glass white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
