Tuna meatballs
Instructions
Chop the thyme leaves and place them in a bowl, combine the ricotta, egg and Parmesan.
Mix with a wooden spoon.
Passed to the mixer, add the tuna mixture and add salt.
Make meatballs the size of a walnut, pass gradually press down slightly in the breadcrumbs.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, add the meatballs and cook for about 10 minutes until they will be golden brown.

- 200 g of ricotta
- 1 egg
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 sprig of thyme
