Meatloaf in green sauce
Instructions
Brown the onion in oil and butter, add the meat and let them take color, then turn, add eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, chopped parsley, ricotta, chopped Marjoram leaves and a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese.
Meanwhile boil the potatoes.
Once cooked, pass through a knitting mill and add them to the mixture prepared before, mix well, then roll out the dough on a sheet, give it the shape of salami, close it tightly to the two poles and let it boil for about two hours by immersing it in cold water with herbs for soup.
Once cooked, drain them and let cool before opening the canopy.
Slice it and place on a serving dish accompanied with cold green sauce.
Time: 2 hours and 40 minutes.

- 1 onion
- 60 g of ricotta
- 4 eggs
- 300 g of powdery potato
