Quails in yoghurt
Instructions
In a bowl place the chopped onion with a clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon of paprika, grated rind of a lemon and half juice, salt and pepper.
Spread one side of the compound on quails.
Place in a pan with a little oil and let them Cook 10 minutes on each side.
Add the remaining mixture, pour the hot broth, cover and cook for about 15 minutes.
Remove the quails, place on a plate.
Mix the yoghurt to cooking with a little lemon juice.
Let thicken and serve the sauce separately.
