Frogs in batter
Instructions
Bear in bathroom frogs for three hours in cold water.
Prepare a marinade with 50 cl of vinegar, a sprig of chopped fresh parsley and a pinch of pepper.
Dive frogs drained, must be covered by the liquid.
In a bowl mix the egg and the yolk with flour and a pinch of salt, diluted the mixture with 1/2 glass of wine and a tablespoon of olive oil, mix until you obtain a creamy batter.
Drained frogs, put them into the batter and fry them in plenty of hot oil.
Retire them, dry them on paper towels, add salt.
Serve with some lemon wedges.

- 1000 g of frogs
- 100 g of flour
- == 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 50 cl of wine vinegar
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
