Rice with artichokes
Instructions
To heat the oil in a frying pan with the garlic and chopped onion; combine the artichoke hearts thawed; Add the wine and cook for about 15 minutes.
Cook the rice al dente in salted water, season with artichokes and serve.

- 400 g of rice
- 300 g of artichoke hearts
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Olive oil
