Instructions

Skinned, gutted, remove the eel bone and cut it into pieces.

Mince the garlic, parsley and 1/2 soffriggeteli in oil glass.

Then add the eel, the Laurel, the juice of half a lemon and a glass of water; simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the rice, previously cooked, and bringing salt when cooked.
