Instructions
Picket piece of meat with garlic and sprinkle with Rosemary, Basil and parsley.
Then pass it to hot sod turning occasionally.
During cooking, when the meat is browned, season with salt and sprinkle with a few drops of dry white wine.
To go about an hour to get a complete cooking.
To check this, puncture the meat with a fork: If out reddish sauce, cooking is the blood, if the gravy is rosato, cooking is complete.
With a well maintained and you will get a rare food taste and delicacy with the added benefit, due to the conservation of sod all nutritional values.
