Great flavour roll
Instructions
Beat well the steak.
In a Holster beat the egg, add a tablespoon of cornflour in milk, a pinch of salt and make an omelette.
Sprinkle the chopped parsley, lay over the omelette, spread the ham into strips, Sprinkle chopped mortadella and Parmesan.
Roll up, tied with kitchen Twine.
In a saucepan heat the butter and lard, let exhaust the finely chopped onion, then lay the meat turning roll continuously for five minutes so it takes a nice color from all sides.
Reduce the heat, cover and bring to cooking by adding every now and then a spoonful of warm water if necessary.
Serve warm, cut into slices.

- 1 slice of chopped steak (slices 600 g)
- 50 g of ham
- 50 g of mortadella
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- 20 g of butter
- 20 g of lard
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
