Pilchards to mozzarella
Instructions
The dough is prepared with olives, anchovies, mozzarella cheese, marjoram, 3 tomatoes, chopped and then mixed well with the grated cheese, a little olive oil.
Once stuffed, the sardines in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs, and FRY in plenty of oil, servendole finally with lemon wedges and parsley.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of sardines
- Olive oil
- 50 g of pitted olives
- 2 anchovies
- 1 mozzarella small
- 3 peeled tomatoes
- Chopped parsley
- Marjoram
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Some cloves of lemon
