Scallops gremolade
Instructions
Sauté in butter the slices of meat, Deglaze with the wine, salt, pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
Chop the garlic, the parsley and the lemon zest and 5 minutes before removing from heat combine the chopped meat.

- 400 g of veal breast, sliced
- 50 g of butter
- 1 glass white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
