Spaghetti alla bottarga
Instructions
Chop the mullet, put it in a baking dish, add the chopped parsley, half a glass of olive oil and let it heat the salsa in a Bain-Marie.
Cook spaghetti al dente in salted water, pour into baking dish, mix well and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 4 slices of mullet
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
