Spaghetti alla modugno
Instructions
Put olive oil in a blender, cut into pieces, capers, anchovies and walnuts nuts.
Chop the parsley, put it in a pan with a little oil and let it stand for a few minutes.
Boil the pasta and serve with prepared cream and parsley.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 10 black olives
- 6 capers
- 2 salted anchovies
- 4 walnut kernels
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Parsley
- Salt
