Spaghetti alla vodka and caviar
Instructions
Peel the shallots and chop finely.
Pour the mixture in a pan with oil and roast it.
Lower the heat, add the vodka, raise the heat and let the ignite vodka into the pan until it turns off.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta in lightly salted boiling water until al dente, drain and pour into the pan.
Stir, then add the caviar and chives finely tritala.
Season well and serve immediately.

- 280 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 40 g of shallots
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 cl of vodka
- 80 g of caviar (or lumpfish roe)
- 1 sprig of chives
- Salt
- Pepper
