Spaghetti with Mussels (2)
Instructions
Wash and brush along the mussels under running water; place them in a large pan with a tablespoon of oil, turn up the heat, cover the pan with a lid and let them open.
Remove clams from shells, place them in a bowl, filtered through a gauze the fluid that will be formed at the bottom of the Pan and add the mussels.
Cook and drain spaghetti al dente.
Meanwhile, place in a pan with oil, clove garlic, mussels with their liquid, salt and pepper.
You only raise a boil over high heat, then remove the Pan from the fire.
Pour the spaghetti on serving dish, toss with the mussels and the chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1000 g of mussels
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
