Spaghetti with Mussels (3)
Instructions
Clean the mussels and let them open over high heat in a saucepan with the wine; removing them from the bowl and strain the cooking liquid.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, brown them with sliced onion and olive oil, then wet them with the cooking liquid of mussels and cook for 15 minutes.
Combine the tomatoes, cut into cubes, salt, pepper, shelled mussels and parsley.
Stir and put the fire out.
With tomato sauce, seasoning spaghetti cooked al dente.

- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 400 g of potatoes
- 1 onion
