Spaghetti with Zucchini (Spaghetti con Le Zucchine)
Instructions
In a Pan fry with olive oil, a little at a time, a lively fire, courgettes cut into cubes leaving her barely browned.
Once fried, arrange in layers in a condendole Bowl with salt, grated Parmesan and fresh basil.
Add, at the end, two tablespoons of oil and let stand for 1 hour.
At this point boiled al dente spaghetti and rimetteteli with a ladle of cooking water, with butter, with Zucchini and shredded caciocavallo.
Perfumed with excellent Basil.
