Spaghetti with Zucchini (2) (Spaghetti con Le Zucchine (2))
Instructions
Blanch the tomatoes, Peel, remove the seeds and chop the flesh.
In a pan heat three tablespoons of oil and insaporitevi one clove of garlic, a small onion, two Sage leaves and a stick of celery leaving them whole.
Add chopped tomatoes and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the courgettes cut into slices.
Add salt and pepper, cover and continue cooking for a quarter of an hour.
Remove onion, garlic, celery, Sage.
Boil spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, toss with the sauce, diced mozzarella and grated cheese.
Stir and serve.
Accompanying wines: Riviera Del Garda Bresciano Bianco DOC, Orvieto, Castel Del Monte DOC Chardonnay DOC.

- 350 g of zucchini
- 150 g of mozzarella
- 3 perini tomatoes
- Grated cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 costa of celery

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
