Clean and wash the aromas, then chop the peeled onion together.
Pass the ricotta through a sieve and add the chopped prepared, 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 of Marjoram, salt and half the oil.
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into dice.
Put them in a saucepan with water, bring to a boil, season with salt and add the spaghetti, Cook and drain.
Season potato and pasta with Herbed ricotta and remaining oil.
