Thin noodles
Instructions
Boil al dente spaghetti.
Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
Heat the oil, add the spaghetti, chopped parsley and garlic and lumpfish ROE.
Mix well all the ingredients and remove from heat.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and sprinkle with a few drops of lemon.

- 380 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of lumpfish eggs
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Lemon
- Salt
- Black pepper
