Spaghetti and mushroom sauce and pecorino
Instructions
Roast and peel the peppers and cook separately in oil mushrooms with garlic, wine and chili.
When cooked, add the peppers.
Mince the mixture.
You mix the sauce in the skillet for a few minutes.
Drain the pasta and pour into the pan.
Stir, adding little by little the pecorino.

- 500 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 2 red peppers
- 500 g of mushrooms
- Olive oil
- Hot pepper
- White wine
- Salt
- Garlic
