Green Noodles (Spaghettini Verdi)
Instructions
Cleanse herbs and blend together with garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Add the cognac and oil and blend for 1 minute.
Boil the noodles and heat the salsa in a Bain-Marie.
Drain the pasta, serve with hot sauce and mix it with care.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type noodles pasta
- 1 dram of cognac
- 50 g of parsley
- 1 pinch of basil
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic
- 70 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 70 == G olive oil
- Salt
