Brown the onions with oil and butter, add the floured chicken and cook for 15 minutes.
Combine chopped vegetables, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, crumbled bay leaf and nut and let Brown.
Sprinkle with 1/2 dose of beer and bring in cooking together, little at a time, the remaining beer.
Add the cream and boil for 10 minutes.
