Instructions
Brown Turkey slices in oil and butter.
Beat the egg yolks with a pinch of salt, milk, 1 teaspoon fennel seeds and a pinch of paprika.
Mix well the cream and pour it over the meat.
Continue cooking for the time necessary to thicken the sauce and serve hot.

- 500 g of sliced turkey breast
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
- Butter
- 1 pinch of sweet paprika
- Olive oil
- Salt
