Instructions
To Brown with a bit of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil the Turkey Breast; Meanwhile dilute the yolks with the cream, then add the fennel seeds, lemon juice and salt.
Pour the sauce over the Turkey browned and allow to warm up well.

- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup of cream
- 1/2 tablespoon of fennel seeds
