Mince together the juniper berries, Sage, Rosemary and garlic and fence with this chopped Turkey thighs.
Let them FRY in oil and butter, and sprinkle with a shot of gin.
Bake in hot oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes have been wetted alternatively with broth and white wine.
