Turkey breast with thyme
Instructions
Cut the Turkey Breast into chunks.
Peel vegetables and cut carrots and Zucchini into chunks and onions into wedges.
Place them in a large pan with 6-7 tablespoons of olive oil and FRY for 4-5 minutes, add the Turkey and leave on heat for another 5 minutes, turning frequently with a wooden spoon.
Wet with white wine and when evaporated, add salt, pepper and add the chopped peeled tomatoes.
Cover and cook for about half an hour, bringing together the thyme a couple of minutes before removing from heat.

- 600 g of turkey breast
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 3 carrots
- 3 zucchini
- 1 onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
