Trout in aromatic sauce
Instructions
Prepare the sauce: heat to heat and melt the butter, knock it with a tablespoon of flour, stir with wooden spoon and when the flour is slightly colourful, add a tbsp of hot water, a glass of vinegar, a sprig of thyme and bay leaf.
Adjust salt and pepper.
Let simmer the sauce, stirring occasionally, for about twenty minutes.
Meanwhile worked and softened butter with chopped parsley, chives, garlic, salt and pepper.

Cook on the grill, about ten minutes.
Serve accompanied by sauce.

- 1/2 leaf laurel
- 1 glass of wine vinegar
