Instructions
Put in 1 Bowl half the onions cut into rings, a little garlic, half of the tomatoes into wedges, 1 pepper into strips, mushroom half left turn up earlier in warm water.
Place over the fish cleaned and greased with oil.
Season with salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Cover with the rest of the tomatoes, onions, peppers and mushrooms.
Deglaze with white wine and a bit of oil with water.
Bake in hot oven for 45 minutes, at moderate heat.

- 1 1000 g of sea bass
- 250 g of onions
- 250 g of tomatoes
- 30 g of dried mushrooms
- 2 peppers
- Little of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Olive oil
- 1 glass white wine
