Instructions

Peel the onions, wash them and cut them into rings; imbiondirle in oil and add the tomatoes peeled and cut into fillets; Add salt and cook for 30 minutes, doing narrow.

Add the Basil.

In a pan heat 2 tablespoons of oil; rompervi eggs, let thicken a bit and add a few tablespoons of tomato, salt and pepper and cook to perfection.

Serve with the remaining sauce.
